I am married to Mary, and have two daughters, Paula and Dorien. I have been working internationally as a geologist from 1990 to 2010, and we lived in Oman, Norway, Malaysia and Egypt. In 2010 we moved back to The Netherlands. We have several passions: cycling, hiking, wine, and our house in France; all will have regular posts on this blog!
Our spring trip to France was split into three parts: a short holiday on the drive down, a period at our house, and another short holiday towards the end, including a visit to Paula and Jasper in Lausanne.
